It was a true pleasure to serve as one of the judges at the UK Business Awards (UKBA) \u2014 a platform that recognizes excellence, innovation, and impact across the business landscape. I would like to thank Tamara Memedovic and the entire team at Awards International for this incredible opportunity and for trusting me with this important responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As Tamara rightly said, \u201cThe strength of our awards comes from our judges. They are the guarantee that the scoring process will be meticulous and objective.\u201d<\/em> This ensures that all participants are evaluated fairly and transparently, and that the awards maintain the highest level of credibility and integrity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m proud to represent Knight Frank MENA as part of this prestigious panel. As Partner & Head of Residential Project Sales and Marketing in Saudi Arabia, I bring over 22 years of experience across the real estate and urban development sectors \u2014 spanning markets in the GCC, the Levant, and beyond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My academic background includes an MSc in Business Management from the Lebanese American University, as well as a Master\u2019s in Global Smart City Management from the Zigurat Institute of Technology \/ University of Barcelona. I\u2019ve also completed a BS in Business with an emphasis on Marketing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m passionate about innovation in real estate, future-ready urban planning, and smart city development \u2014 values that align well with the spirit of the UK Business Awards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These awards not only celebrate great achievements but also provide a meaningful platform for professionals and organizations to share their stories, raise their standards, and connect globally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
