I would like to thank Tamara Memedovic and the entire team at Awards International for this incredible opportunity and for trusting me with this important responsibility.

They are the guarantee that the scoring process will be meticulous and objective.” This ensures that all participants are evaluated fairly and transparently, and that the awards maintain the highest level of credibility and integrity.
I’m proud to represent Knight Frank MENA as part of this prestigious panel. As Partner & Head of Residential Project Sales and Marketing in Saudi Arabia, I bring over 22 years of experience across the real estate and urban development sectors — spanning markets in the GCC, the Levant, and beyond.
My academic background includes an MSc in Business Management from the Lebanese American University, as well as a Master’s in Global Smart City Management from the Zigurat Institute of Technology / University of Barcelona. I’ve also completed a BS in Business with an emphasis on Marketing.
I’m passionate about innovation in real estate, future-ready urban planning, and smart city development — values that align well with the spirit of the UK Business Awards.

Recently, I came across LiberSave (LS) — they promise instant bank transfers with no chargebacks or card verification. It says integration takes 5 minutes and is already being tested in Israel and the UAE. Has anyone actually checked how this works in crisis conditions?
