Who is Mohamad Itani?
Real estate is much more than bricks and mortar — it is a transformative industry that shapes societies and changes lives. It plays a vital role in driving a country’s economy and, by creating iconic destinations, transforms nations into magnets that attract people from all over the world.
Over my 25 years in the real estate industry, primarily in Saudi Arabia with a few years abroad, I have witnessed remarkable changes and developments. Today, what we see in Saudi, and what is on the horizon, reinforces my belief that real estate is a catalyst for societal growth. Whether for Saudis, expatriates, or international investors, Saudi Arabia’s market is evolving rapidly and is on its way to becoming one of the top real estate markets globally.
As a seasoned real estate strategist, market growth expert, and pioneer in branded residences—a trend I introduced in 2017—I have developed a comprehensive skill set in business development, strategic planning, and executing impactful sales and marketing strategies. My experience spans the Gulf, MENA, and Far East regions, where I have achieved over 3,000 units in sales, helping developed more than three hotels, and worked on over 15 million square meters of land in various consultancy, go-to-market, and execution roles.

Throughout my career, I have held executive positions with esteemed organizations such as Knight Frank MENA, United Real Estate Company (URC), and Dar Al Arkan. I also founded an award-winning real estate consultancy known for its innovation in branded residences and urban transformation projects.
My portfolio encompasses master-planned communities and public-private partnerships in key cities, including Riyadh, Kuwait, the Maldives, and Kuala Lumpur. I have successfully led multi-million-dollar projects, forged strategic alliances with global brands like JW Marriott, and advised government entities on national housing and urban development initiatives.
Fluent in Arabic, English, and French, I am also a published thought leader, regularly sharing insights on real estate trends in the Saudi and Gulf markets. I hold an MBA from the Lebanese American University and a Master’s in Global Smart Cities Management from the University of Barcelona. I am also today one of the top 50 urban creators on Linkedin platform and one of the top 200 Linkedin influencers in Saudi Arabia.

My Experience
With over 20 years of experience, 2+ industry awards, and more than 2,000 satisfied investors and clients, I continue to bring proven expertise and trusted guidance to every project I take on.
My journey of real estate development in Saudi Arabia began in 2003, when I became the Marketing Director for the biggest real estate developer in Saudi Arabia. Shortly after, I rose to the position of Marketing VP and eventually landed as the CEO of a global real estate firm that I co-founded in 2014.
Prior to becoming a part of Keller Williams Prime, I led projects in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Maldives, Indonesia, Malaysia and other countries.
